Is this an official yellow fever center?
Yes. Travel Clinic NYC is a CDC-certified yellow fever vaccination center. Your International Certificate of Vaccination (the yellow card) is stamped, signed, and in your hand before you leave — same visit. Many countries require it for entry, and you get the card the same day.

How much does a travel clinic visit cost in NYC?
You pay a $90 office visit plus the price of each vaccine. The $90 covers your consultation, vaccine administration, and any travel prescriptions sent to your pharmacy. It's charged once per trip — get three vaccines in one visit and it's still one $90 fee. Come back for another shot for the same trip and there's no second office fee; you pay only for the vaccine.

What's included in the visit?
You leave with the vaccines you need and, for yellow fever, the signed ICVP yellow card in hand. Your physician can also send travel prescriptions electronically to your pharmacy at no extra charge — malaria prevention, traveler's diarrhea, altitude sickness, and flight anxiety.

You're seen by Dr. Slava Fuzayloff, DO — board-certified in Internal Medicine, trained at NYCOM with residency at New York Presbyterian Queens, and 25+ years in practice. Because a physician reviews your history personally, your current medications, existing conditions, and any reason a vaccine might not be safe for you all get checked before anything is given — not left to a mid-level provider working from a checklist.

What do I need to bring?
The visit takes 10–20 minutes. Bring, if you have them: prior vaccination records, your travel itinerary, and your travel dates. Your physician confirms your destination's requirements and handles everything in one visit.
What payment do you accept?
Credit card, cash, FSA, and HSA are accepted; no checks. A 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments on the full charge — for a $370 yellow fever total, that's $382.95 on a card, or $370 in cash.
Insurance is not accepted. A receipt is provided that patients may submit to their insurer for possible reimbursement.
Are travel vaccines safe?
Travel vaccines are well-tolerated. Most side effects are mild and short-lived — soreness at the injection site, low-grade fever, or fatigue for a day or two, per the CDC. Your physician reviews your health history and any allergies before recommending anything.
