Travel Clinic NY is a CDC-certified yellow fever vaccination center — the authorization required to administer the yellow fever vaccine and issue the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICVP). Your stamped, signed yellow card is issued on the spot, at the same visit.

Getting more than one vaccine? The $90 visit is charged once, no matter how many shots you receive that day. And if your trip calls for a follow-up dose later, you pay only the vaccine price on your return — the visit fee applies once per trip.
Example: Yellow fever + typhoid + Hep A = $90 + $280 + $180 + $120 = $670 total.
Vaccines, Your Yellow Card, and Travel Prescriptions — One Visit
You leave with everything your trip requires: the travel immunizations your destination calls for, administered that day — and if the yellow fever vaccine is one of them, you walk out holding the official ICVP certificate, stamped and signed.
If your itinerary calls for it, prescriptions for malaria prevention, traveler's diarrhea, altitude sickness, or flight anxiety are sent electronically to your pharmacy — included in the $90 visit, no extra charge.

Payment: Card, Cash, FSA & HSA — No Insurance, No Surprises
We accept credit cards, cash, FSA and HSA. No checks. A 3.5% processing fee applies to the full charge when paying by credit card — at the example total above, $670 cash or $693.45 by card.
Health insurance is not accepted for travel vaccine services. We provide a receipt you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
Side Effects: What the CDC Says
Most travel vaccine side effects are mild and short-lived — soreness at the injection site, low fever, headache, or fatigue for a day or two, per the CDC. Serious reactions are rare, and Dr. Fuzayloff reviews your health history and current medications before any vaccine is given, so contraindications are caught before the shot, not after.
